Haven Hill Retirement Centre is dedicated to the provision of exceptional resident care and services within a home - like environment .

We seek to fulfill our Vision and Mission by:

Encouraging the co-operative effort of all residents and their families, staff members, and volunteers to be knowledgeable and supportive of the Vision and Mission.

Fostering a safe and secure home-like yet stimulating atmosphere ,which enhances dignity, promotes companionship, and provides challenge.

Assisting residents to attain and maintain health and independence through the provision of care and support in all aspects of daily living.

Creating an atmosphere that recognizes and respects religious beliefs of individuals and fosters spiritual growth.

Planning and developing programs through a multi-disciplinary approach which involves the residents and /or their family members.

Facilitating the on-going development of the Continuous Quality Improvement Program to ensure evaluation of programs and care.

Promoting research into creative programs and services that may be of benefit to the resident and that promote an environment of “best practice”.

Providing opportunities which promote the education and personal development of staff.

Offering Haven Hill Retirement Centres Resources and facilities for educational purposes.

Integrating Haven Hill Retirement Centre in to the main stream of community life.
