Consisting of a staff of qualified and professional service team members, many Haven Hill Staff are long time staff members. They display pride in their work, and are excited to progress ahead, striving to move forward with an environment that promotes safety and updated work styles and improved ergonomic equipment and products.

Our Care programs
Our goal is to keep our residents in the best of health. A team of nurses and care aides are on duty around the clock. As well as providing nursing care, they make certain they get residents medication as prescribed by their doctor, any treatments they may need, co-ordinate lab tests, physiotherapy programs, and dietary concerns. We have a Resident Council & Family Council to share ideas and give input to the facility.
Our Food and Nutrition Services:
Nutritious home-style meals are served restaurant style in the dining rooms and the menu is posted daily. Knowing the residents food preferences and concerns is important and therefore residents will meet with our Dietician shortly after admission.
Our Volunteer Services :
We are fortunate to have some wonderful people from the community who volunteer their time at the centre, including an active Secondary School Candy Striper and Cadet Program. Family members, including grand-children, are always welcome to become a part of this group and assist with programs or outings or just be a friendly face to sit and share time with our residents. Please feel welcome to pick up a volunteer application form at the front desk or from the Recreation Department.
Our Hair dressing Services:
Haven Hill provides an independent qualified hairdresser with a salon located in the centre. Appointments are made through the front desk.
